Great! My Nokia N73 just lost its ability to grab signal from any network. And what? When I called the customer service over the phone, it seems like the agent kept on insisting that it was a network issue, although I have performed the necessary troubleshooting steps and have isolated that its the local phone itself, is the issue.
Its just very frustrating that Globe only has 7 days return warranty. So I have to go to the Business Center and have this freaking phone fixed. I still dont know their policy, if they will be giving a replacement phone, which I firmly doubt, or how long shall it take, although its covered within the one year repair warranty.
But if the phone already went dead on you for just two weeks, what more for the succeeding two weeks? months?
